Chad Retzl

Chad Retzl is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial analysis, accounting, and tax management. Currently serving as the Manager of Financial Analysis at John Deere, Chad oversees a $700M SA&G budget and multiple business segments, demonstrating significant leadership skills by supervising a team of four. Previous roles include positions in investment planning, accounting supervision, and tax analysis across various industries, including Caterpillar and RSM US LLP. Chad holds a BA in Accounting from St. Ambrose University and has furthered education through executive training programs at Northwestern University and Dale Carnegie Training.
