Douglas P. is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Lead at John Deere since November 2022, Douglas previously held positions as a Software Engineering Manager at Autosoft DMS, where significant contributions included designing an event-driven CRM feature and metrics-based reporting. With nearly a decade at Harley-Davidson Dealer Systems, Douglas played a pivotal role in developing the “Journey to the Cloud” strategy and implementing a single sign-on architecture. Additional experience encompasses instructional roles at Trilogy Education Services, application development at Lender Processing Services, and technical editing and authorship at Wrox Publishing.
