Edward Berk

Edward Berk is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at John Deere since August 2019, Edward facilitates board meetings, advises the Chairman and Board on governance matters, and oversees Deere's disclosure strategy. Edward's previous roles at John Deere include Deputy Chief Counsel for John Deere Financial and Senior Counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions, where significant leadership was demonstrated during the acquisition of the Wirtgen Group. Prior to joining John Deere, Edward held the position of Chief Counsel at Wirtgen Group and worked as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP. Edward holds a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
