Erica Brewster

Erica Brewster currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition for John Deere, overseeing recruitment efforts across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand since October 2024. Previously, Erica held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Stellantis from June 2021 to October 2024. Prior to this, a significant tenure at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions spanned from September 2010 to June 2021, encompassing various roles including Director of Program Delivery RPO, where Erica integrated RPO, TAPFIN, and Right Management offerings to provide comprehensive workforce solutions. Erica began a recruitment career at Legal Resource Group, LLC as Executive Recruiter/Director of BD & Mktg from December 2004 to September 2008, and commenced in the field as an Associate Recruiter at endevis from June 2009 to September 2010. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems, also from Bowling Green State University (2004).
