Jay Wadhwa

Jay Wadhwa is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in human resources and technology. Currently serving as Product Manager - Foundational HR at John Deere since September 2025, Wadhwa previously held the position of Lead Product Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd from February 2019 to August 2025. Prior to that, Wadhwa worked at Asian Paints from May 2012 to January 2019, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experience through innovative systems like SAP SuccessFactors and leading the implementation of Microsoft CRM across international subsidiaries. Wadhwa's earlier experience includes a summer internship at Aqua Management Consulting Group, focusing on solar power financing, and a tenure as Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where Wadhwa contributed to retail POS applications and compliance with financial regulations. Wadhwa holds an M.Management in Finance and Strategy from IIT Bombay and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad NIT, Bhopal.
