Jen Olderog

Jen Olderog has extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Principal Delivery Lead at John Deere since August 2012, where responsibilities include leading strategy and transformation initiatives across multiple business units and managing a team of 22 employees across four countries. Throughout a diverse career, Jen has held roles such as Principal Agile and Product Coach and Senior Agile Coach, focusing on digital transformation and product scaling. Previous experience includes a Director position at McGladrey, managing significant projects such as the firm's split from H&R Block, and various project management roles at institutions including Bank One and JPMorgan Chase. Jen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
