Kent Klemme has extensive experience in engineering and product development within the agriculture industry, primarily with John Deere from May 2001 to the present, where roles have included Director of Turf & Compact Utility Product Engineering and General Manager of See & Spray. Prior experience includes positions such as VP of Product Development & Infrastructure at Blue River Technology and Senior Project Engineer at AGCO Corporation. Kent Klemme's educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Engineering from South Dakota State University, and participation in Global Leadership education at Dartmouth.
