Michael Goodpaster serves as the President of Langmuir Systems since February 2024 and has been with John Deere since January 2006, holding various senior positions in Electrification Engineering. Michael leads multiple teams within the Electrification division, focusing on system validation and verification across various product lines. Previously managed engineering functions for electric drives, and led design and testing teams for powertrain systems at John Deere. Prior to John Deere, Michael worked at Ford Motor Company as a Design and Testing Engineer for exhaust and cooling systems. Michael holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
