Phil Pearson

Phil Pearson is a Senior Engineer at John Deere, where they focus on product innovation and development. They previously served as an Engineering Intern at Cargill in 1997. Phil holds an MBA with concentrations in Innovation Management and Marketing from North Carolina State University and earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and Michigan Technological University, respectively.
