Radha Pingle

Radha Pingle serves as the Head of Global Legal Operations at John Deere since July 2025. Previously, Radha held the position of Director and Head of Legal Operations at Applied Materials from July 2022 to July 2025, leading a globally dispersed team to drive strategic initiatives across various legal operations areas. Prior to that, Radha worked at Bridgestone Americas from November 2016 to September 2022, first as Director of Legal Operations, Global Compliance & Shared Services, and then as Manager of Global Compliance and Americas Legal Operations. Radha's career began as a Human Resource Professional from December 2010 to October 2015. Radha holds an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a Master's degree in Labor Law & Labor Welfare from ILS Law College.
