Global Supply Base Manager

Tharlyn Fox is currently a Program Manager at John Deere, where they lead the Legislation, Education, Advocacy, Production Systems (LEAP) Coalition, advocating for racial equality and support for Black farmers. Having served as the Chair of the John Deere Black Employee Resource Group and previously as Chair of the National Black MBA Association, Tharlyn has demonstrated a commitment to minority resource organizations. They hold a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation from St. Thomas University and multiple degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and two Master's degrees. Tharlyn has extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, contributing significantly to the efficiency and sustainability of operations at John Deere.
