At John Deere, Sivakumar currently serves as the Global Supply Base Manager, overseeing the purchase of materials, components, and services. Prior to this role, Sivakumar worked at Tata Motors Limited as a Manager in the Passenger Car Business Unit, where Sivakumar was responsible for selecting suppliers for the New Indica Project and developing proprietary parts suppliers through the APQP process.
