Tracy He

Tracy Tracy is currently the China General Counsel at 约翰迪尔, a position held since 2021. With over 14 years of legal experience, Tracy has worked with international firms and multinational corporations, focusing on general corporate, employment and labor law, compliance, and commercial matters. Previous roles include serving as Senior Legal Counsel at SOHO China from 2015 to 2019 and Sole Counsel and Regional Compliance Officer at Seagate Technology from 2019 to 2021. Tracy began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Jones Day and progressed through associate positions at Dechert LLP and JunTracy LLP. Tracy earned a master's degree in Law from 西安交通大学 from 2004 to 2007.
