Tushar Deshpande

Tushar Deshpande is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at John Deere since November 2022, Tushar previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Principal Global Services, where contributions to the Enterprise Document Framework (EDF) included leading a team in developing a comprehensive document management lifecycle and managing the migration to IBM Liberty Server. Tushar also enhanced customer engagement, increasing app traffic by 250% through the design of a document orchestrator. Earlier in the career at AinoSoft, Tushar developed tools that improved application rendering and supported multiple platforms. Tushar holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
