Jodee Scissors

JoDee Scissors is an experienced education content producer specializing in print and media. Currently serving as the Education Content Producer at Preservation Hall Foundation Inc. since June 2020, responsibilities include managing the education division budget and producing digital resources for music educators. In parallel, Scissors works with PaperPlanes ED to create and manage educational resources with an arts-integrated approach. Additionally, Scissors oversees content migration and redesign at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, producing professional development articles for K-12 educators. Previous experience includes a 13-year tenure as an educator at an elementary school. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland.
