Allison Kelly

Allison Kelly has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Allison is currently working at John Galt Solutions as a Marketing Programs Senior Manager, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Digital Campaign Manager at the same company from June 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining John Galt Solutions, Allison worked at Logility as a Marketing Event Manager from December 2020 to May 2021. Allison also held the position of Marketing Associate at Logility from August 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they coordinated a company-wide annual meeting and led a team in developing a theme and organizing networking events. Allison also implemented and updated a lead qualifying process, resulting in the delivery of over 1,000 qualified leads to the Sales Organization.

Allison's earlier experience includes roles at various theater companies. Allison served as a Stage Management Production Assistant at Alliance Theatre from August 2017 to August 2019. During their time there, they worked on nine productions, starting as a script assistant and eventually being promoted to a production assistant. Allison'sresponsibilities included coordinating backstage crews, managing set changes, and prop placement.

At Theatrical Outfit, Allison worked as an Assistant Stage Manager from January 2017 to August 2018. Allison even assumed Stage Manager responsibilities for two plays due to emergencies and quickly adapted to the production leadership duties. Allison also gained experience as a Production Assistant at Atlanta Lyric Theatre for a short period in July and August 2017.

In addition to their theater experience, Allison interned at Marathon HR as an Office Intern in June and July 2017. Allison also had the opportunity to work as a Production Assistant at Manhattan Theatre Club from April to June 2017. Allison'sinvolvement in the New York premiere production earned their recognition and the opportunity to participate based on their internship contribution. During their time there, Allison maintained script changes and assisted in understudy training.

Prior to these roles, Allison gained stage management experience at Stone Mountain Park as a Stage Manager from November 2016 to January 2017. Allison also worked as a Stage Manager at Synchronicity Theatre for a brief period from August to October 2016. Allison started their stage management career as a Stage Management Intern at Williamstown Theatre Festival during the summer of 2016.

Allison Kelly obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater from The University of Georgia. Allison also obtained a certification in Supply Chain Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2019.
