Gretchen Owens

Gretchen Owens has extensive work experience in the recruiting field. Gretchen started their career as a Marketing Intern at Soundscape Merchandise in 2015 and then moved on to work as an Accounting Administrative Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Controllers Office. In 2016, Gretchen joined John Galt Staffing as a Technical Recruiter and was responsible for nationwide candidate recruitment, building relationships with individuals looking for career advancement, data entry, cold calling, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee relocation. Gretchen worked in this role until 2021 when they transitioned to Epsilon as a Senior Campus Recruiter. In 2022, Gretchen returned to John Galt Staffing as the Lead Technical Recruiter.

Gretchen Owens earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2013, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
