John Racho

John Racho's work experience includes serving as the Vice President at John Galt Staffing, a leading technical recruiting firm. John was responsible for recruiting Hardware, Software, and Life Science Engineers for companies nationwide. Prior to this role, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Pollak Engineered Products Division, supporting facilities in Canton and Boston, Massachusetts, as well as Juarez, Mexico. Before that, John was a Technical Recruiting Manager at Sullivan & Cogliano. John also served as the Political Director for the Massachusetts Republican Party from 1992 to 1994.

John Racho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in the years 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) from the National Association of Personnel Services in 1995.
