Dan Kowalski

Dan Kowalski is a seasoned professional in software and technical analysis, currently serving as the Lead Software Technical Analyst at John Hancock since March 2019, where expertise focuses on Salesforce DevOps pipelines and integrations. Prior experience at IBM from 2006 to March 2019 included roles such as SFDC Release Manager, Salesforce Administrator, and Controls and Compliance Analyst. Additionally, Dan served as a Selectman for the Town of Andover from March 2012 to March 2018, participating in policy-making for the town. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
