Kristen Ryan

Kristen Ryan is an experienced professional in strategic relationship management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Relationship Management at John Hancock since July 2023, Kristen previously held the position of Vice President of Relationship Management at Fidelity Investments from March 2014 to June 2023. Prior to that role, Kristen was a Senior Relationship Manager at MassMutual from January 2006 to February 2014, following the acquisition of MFS Retirement Services by The Hartford and then MassMutual. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Retirement Consultant at Thorbahn Associates and The Bostonian Group, as well as a Senior Client Service Representative at New England Financial.
