Shaina Lynch

Shaina Lynch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at John Hancock, serving as the Head of the LTC Preferred Provider Network since October 2017, focusing on providing access to quality long-term care. In previous roles, Shaina acted as the AVP and Enjoy Agile Value Stream Owner, driving key business outcomes within the Continuous Delivery Organization, and as Sr. Director of Strategy and Finance, overseeing multiple teams supporting operational staff. Shaina's career began at John Hancock in April 2005 as Director of Strategy and Implementation, where research on industry trends and strategic initiative implementation were pivotal. Additionally, Shaina co-founded and co-chaired the U.S. Chapter of the Global Women's Alliance, fostering employee engagement and support within the organization. Shaina holds a BBA in Finance and a minor in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Iowa.
