Chad Struckmann

Chad Struckmann has over 15 years of experience in sales and product management. From 2007 to present, they have worked as a Product Manager for Compressed Air Systems at John Henry Foster. Theirresponsibilities included increasing sales volume, utilizing a consultative sales approach to enhance customer productivity, training and mentoring general line sales representatives, performing customer training, leading system assessments, and providing project management for large cross-functional teams. Prior to this, they were a Sales Representative for South St. Louis City, South County and Fenton, providing engineered solutions for all business lines to industrial and manufacturing facilities. From 2003 to 2007, Chad was the Branch Manager at Fastenal.

Chad Struckmann obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Missouri State University between 1999 and 2003. In 2011, they were certified as a Hydraulic Specialist (HS) by the International Fluid Power Society. In 2017, they earned their Open Water Diver certification from PADI. Chad is also a DOE AirMaster+ Specialist certified by the Compressed Air Challenge.
