Ernie Pither has worked in the industrial technology sector since 2003. Ernie began their career as a Sales Engineer at OMI srl - Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technology Sector in 2003. In 2006, they moved to Ingersoll Rand and took on the role of Director of Engineered Products Sales and Service, where they managed the sales silo for Ingersoll Rand in North America. Ernie also supported approximately five company-owned stores and five privately-owned stores, developing strategic plans for growth and improved efficiency. In 2012, they became the Value Stream Manger for Engineered Systems Americas at Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies Sector. In 2014, they returned to John Henry Foster as the Product Manager for Return on Investment Business and Operational Excellence, specializing in lean manufacturing and efficiency to make industrial plants and manufacturers less wasteful and more efficient. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Compressed Air and Tool Division at John Henry Foster, where they strived to create a culture for a team atmosphere that always strives for continuous improvement.

Ernie Pither attended Kansas State University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
