Ashika Dhananjay

Ashika Dhananjay currently holds the position of Workday Adaptive Planning Lead at John Holland since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ashika Dhananjay worked at Deloitte from July 2019 to February 2023, progressing from Analyst to Consultant and eventually Senior Consultant. Ashika Dhananjay also completed a Summer Internship at Deloitte Australia in early 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Information Technology (Professional) from Deakin University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor in Computer Applications from Christ University, Bangalore (2014-2017). Early education includes completing Grade 12 in Commerce with Informatics and Grade 10 at Sri Kumaran Children's Home (CBSE).
