Cate Marr

Cate Marr is an accomplished Senior Estimating Manager with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. Currently employed at John Holland since February 2019, Cate has held the roles of Senior Estimating Manager and Estimating Manager for the North West Program Alliance. Prior to this, from July 2015 to December 2018, Cate served as Estimating Manager for the Eastern Region at WBHO Infrastructure, overseeing all bids for projects in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. Cate's career began at BMD Constructions Pty Ltd in 1996 as an Estimating Assistant and progressed to Senior Estimator, where responsibilities included quantity takeoffs and project estimating. At CPB Contractors from August 2011 to June 2015, Cate was a Senior Estimator for South Australia, responsible for major infrastructure tender outcomes and project delivery support. Cate holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business from the Queensland University of Technology.
