Emelie Kusoffsky

Emelie Kusoffsky has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Career Development at John Holland since April 2018. Emelie's roles at John Holland have included Employee Experience Manager, Talent, Engagement and Performance Management Manager, Inclusion and Diversity Manager, and Learning and Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Broadspectrum as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, and at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant and Office Manager. Emelie began the career in HR as an HR Advisor and Counselor at Örnsköldsviks kommun. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Technology Sydney and Linköping University, a Diploma in HR Management from the Australian Institute of Professional Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Umeå University, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Plenty Training.
