Gavin Lawson

Gavin Lawson is a seasoned professional in the construction and infrastructure industry, currently serving as an Advisor to the Board at John Holland since October 2016, where strategic advice supports major project delivery teams. Lawson’s extensive experience includes roles as Regional Commercial Manager and Commercial Director, overseeing significant infrastructure projects across multiple regions in Australia, as well as leading commercial strategy for the $6.7 billion Westgate Tunnel Project. Prior positions include Executive Commercial Manager for Grocon on the $1 billion Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre project, and Commercial Manager with Multiplex and other leading firms, focusing on various high-profile developments. Lawson holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Development and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology.
