Hayley Micah

Hayley Micah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental and sustainability roles, currently serving as a Sustainability Advisor and ISAP at John Holland since July 2023. Previously, Hayley worked as an Environmental Advisor at McConnell Dowell from December 2021 to June 2023, focusing on the Shiploader and Berth Replacement project at Hay Point Coal Terminal. This role involved compliance with environmental legislation, conducting site inspections, and implementing corrective actions. Experience also includes working with Martinus on the Carmichael Rail Network project, and at Wild Environmental, conducting ecological surveys and managing flora and fauna. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science and an Honours Thesis Year in Geographic Information Science from The University of Queensland, as well as certifications in project management and environmental science from various institutions.
