Jane Northey

Jane Northey is a seasoned professional in cost management and quantity surveying, currently serving as the Conversion Lead for the Southern Region at John Holland since November 2021. Jane has also held the position of Director on the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors Board of Directors since November 2019. Previous experience includes roles as ANZ Practice Director and Technical Director at AECOM from October 2017 to November 2021, and as Estimating Manager/Cost Control Manager at Metro Trains Melbourne from October 2010 to September 2017. Earlier in the career, Jane worked as a Cost Consultant at Davis Langdon, a Cost Planner at Bovis Lend Lease, a Quantity Surveyor at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and at Slattery. Jane holds a Bachelor of Property & Construction and a Bachelor of Planning & Design, both from the University of Melbourne.
