Lorraine Grey

Lorraine Grey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people advisory roles within the construction and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at John Holland since September 2017, Lorraine leads initiatives in people development, workforce diversity, inclusion, and training for the Southwest Metro corridor project as part of a joint venture. Previous roles at John Holland include People Advisor and People Coordinator, focusing on HR generalist functions, integration of employees, and onboarding support across major infrastructure projects. Prior to John Holland, Lorraine held positions at Coles as a Customer Service Supervisor and at Ivory Group as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where recruitment efforts were directed towards the Rail design and construction industry. Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University, completed in 2016.
