Rachel Parkin

Rachel Parkin has a robust background in service delivery and performance management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and previously as Services Director for Asset Management at John Holland since February 2015. Prior to this, Rachel contributed over a decade at Serco, where key roles included Performance and Planning Manager for the Dubai Metro project and Serco Bid O&M Performance Lead. Rachel began their career as a Scientist at the Health & Safety Executive and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Leeds.
