Samim Safa

Samim Safa is a Site Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, currently working on the M7-M12 Integration Project at John Holland since June 2022. Prior experience includes managing tunnel civil fit-out works and serving as an Engineering Intern on the Rozelle Interchange project with WestConnex. Previously, Samim held multiple positions at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including Office Assistant and Project Administrator at the Australian Embassy in Kabul, and worked as a Site Engineer and Estimation Expert at Kabul Municipality. Additional experience includes site engineering roles with TAYL Investment Group INC and Harirod Group of Companies LLC, supporting significant construction projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University, a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Payame Noor University, and several construction-related certifications from TAFE NSW.
