Kasun Arampath

Kasun Arampath has over a decade of experience in technical management and troubleshooting within the office automation industry. Currently serving as Manager-Technical at John Keells Office Automation (PVT) Ltd. since December 2017, Kasun supervises print management software and Toshiba hardware issues while ensuring operations adhere to established service level agreements. Prior experience includes roles at Gestetner of Ceylon PLC, where responsibilities ranged from researching and troubleshooting office automation products to coordinating technical issues with Ricoh HQ in Japan and Singapore. Earlier positions included Technical Executive and Technical Officer, focusing on supervising repairs and installations for an array of Ricoh devices, as well as a technician role at MCL, specializing in Canon products. Kasun holds an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from City and Guilds (UK) and additional education from Great Lakes Holding.
