Kaylea Percal, OD

Kaylea Percal, OD has a diverse work experience in the field of optometry. Kaylea began their career as an Optometric Technician at Dr. Black's Eye Associates in 2014. Later that year, they worked as an Optometry Intern at Atwater Eye Care Center, where they gained valuable experience. In 2015, they completed multiple externships, including at John-Kenyon American Eye Institute, Indianapolis Eye Care Center, and Jesse Brown VA Medical Hospital. Kaylea then served as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University School of Optometry from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Kaylea joined 20/20 EYECARE LIMITED as an Optometrist before transitioning to John-Kenyon American Eye Institute, where they worked as a Medical Optometrist and Resident from 2017 to the present. Throughout their career, Kaylea has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality eye care services.

Kaylea Percal, OD completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Purdue University from 2008 to 2012. Kaylea then pursued their Doctor of Optometry at Indiana University Bloomington from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Residency Certified in Ocular Disease from the Indiana University School of Optometry. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Expanded Therapeutic Procedures and Injections for Advanced Therapeutics in Optometry from the Indiana University School of Optometry and the Kentucky Optometric Association in 2015. In 2014, they also obtained a CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
