Erik Pohlman

Erik Pohlman, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist and owner of Ascent Physical Therapy, where services focus on outpatient care for older adults with balance limitations, weakness, and orthopedic conditions. With a career that began in 2012, Erik has held various roles including Physical Therapist at John Knox Village and Aegis Therapies, where responsibilities included client care, documentation auditing, and staff supervision. Erik also launched a new clinic as Lead Physical Therapist at Centura Physical Therapy at Church Ranch, successfully increasing patient volume through marketing efforts. Early career roles included Assistant Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at Fit Physical Therapy, where Erik contributed to practice growth and education on evidence-informed therapies. Erik earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
