Dina Charlton

Dina has headed up recruitment efforts at John L. Scott since February of 2016. Before joining John L. Scott, Dina worked for a candidate sourcing company in the real estate space. In this position, she was a recruiter for 49 real estate companies nationwide, and oversaw account management.

As Professional Development Strategist at John L. Scott, Dina heads up strategic growth initiatives and is the first point of contact for candidates across the John L. Scott network. Additionally, she works alongside Office Leaders to support their recruiting efforts for their individual offices.

Dina is passionate about people, and when she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking and walking her Bernese Mountain Dog.
