Claire Silver

Claire Silver currently serves as Chief People Officer at John Laing and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Youth Realities, a charity focused on addressing teenage relationship abuse. Previously, Claire held the position of Vice President HR, International at American Express Global Business Travel, contributing to the Global Board and managing social partnerships. Claire's extensive HR experience includes leadership roles at Vodafone as HR Director and at RBS as Employee Relations Director in India. Claire has also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Coutts in Singapore and held senior HR positions at Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Siemens. Claire began a career in HR at Sainsbury's after earning a BA (hons) in Business & Finance from the University of Southampton.
