Paul Marsden

Paul Marsden currently serves as the Head of Branch at John Lewis & Partners, a position held since November 2021, following a notable career within the company that began in 1995. In this role, Paul leads the flagship shop, aiming to enhance customer experiences amid the challenges posed by the pandemic. Previously, Paul was a Regional Manager at Waitrose & Partners, overseeing 20 shops and managing a substantial turnover of over £500 million. Throughout a diverse career at John Lewis, Paul held various leadership roles, including Head of Branch for Southampton and Oxford Street, where responsibilities included significant sales figures and team management. Paul’s leadership has been recognized with accolades such as the 'branch of the year' title for Peterborough in 2014. Educationally, Paul attended Stratton Upper School from 1990 to 1995.
