Brendan Baldwin

Brendan Baldwin has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with CAP COM Federal Credit Union in 1999, where they held various roles including Branch Manager, Loan Officer, and Customer Service. Brendan was promoted multiple times and became the youngest branch manager in company history. After that, Brendan worked at Apple Federal Credit Union as a Branch Manager, where they developed cash handling procedures and managed student-run branches at local schools. Brendan then joined TD Bank in 2006 and held several positions, including Vice President/Branch Manager, Vice President/Small Business Relationship Manager, Vice President/Commercial Portfolio Manager, and Vice President/SBA Business Development Officer. At TD Bank, they focused on business acquisitions, franchise financing, real estate purchases, credit underwriting, portfolio management, and business banking. Following that, Brendan worked at Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. as Vice President of Commercial Lending, and at The Fauquier Bank/Virginia National Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking. Brendan's most recent position is at John Marshall Bank as a Senior Vice President/Senior Commercial Relationship Manager.

Brendan Baldwin completed a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the College of St. Joseph in the years 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they attended the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management from 2016 to 2018.
