Hannah Davis

Hannah Davis has gained significant work experience in the field of commercial real estate lending and analysis. Hannah started their career at PBMares, LLP as an Accounting Intern, where they worked on tasks such as tax returns and financial statements. Hannah then joined John Marshall Bank, where they held various roles including Credit Analyst 1 and Credit Analyst 2, where they prepared credit memos and analyzed financial data for loan applications. Hannah later progressed to positions such as Bank Officer and Assistant Vice President, where they focused on commercial real estate portfolio management. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President/ Commercial Real Estate Lender at John Marshall Bank. In addition to their work at the bank, Hannah also had a role as a Fund Manager at Patriot Real Estate Fund, where they managed existing investments and researched new opportunities. Overall, Hannah Davis has built a strong foundation in the commercial real estate lending and analysis field throughout their career.

Hannah Davis completed a Masters (M.S.) in Real Estate Development from George Mason University's Costello College of Business from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, Corporate from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, graduating between 2013 and 2017.
