Robert McCoy

Robert McCoy has extensive experience in the banking industry. Robert began their career in 1996 as a VP - Branch Manager at F & M Bank, where they worked until 2001. Robert then joined Virginia Commerce Bank as an SVP - Regional Manager, serving in this role for 12 years. In 2014, McCoy moved on to John Marshall Bank, where they have held multiple roles. Robert started as an SVP - Retail Banking, responsible for establishing a sales culture in the branch network, and eventually took on additional oversight of the Cash Management Sales group. Since 2017, McCoy has served as SVP Branch Administration, overseeing branch staffing, sales and service, consumer lending, and cash management.

Robert McCoy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from James Madison University, which they attended from 1977 to 1981. Robert also holds the certification of NMLS Certified from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
