Amy Steffen

Amy Steffen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amy worked as a Director of Operations at John Mini Distinctive Landscapes since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Manager at the same company from August 2020 to April 2022. Before joining John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, Amy worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon from September 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they led outbound operations, mentored and trained a team, and focused on improving metrics. Amy also had a long tenure at Gap Inc., where they held positions such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Lead Merchandising Supervisor, and Sales Associate. At Gap Inc., they managed daily operations, developed talent, and drove results in various store locations. Additionally, Amy gained architectural experience as an Intern at Period Architecture, Ltd., YCH Architect LLC, and JDavis Architects.

Amy Steffen earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Philadelphia University in 2008. Amy later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) since June 2019 and as a LEED Accredited Professional since 2009.
