Victoria Cheskis

Victoria Cheskis started their work experience in 2011 as a Personnel Assistant at Ethan Allen Personnel Group. Victoria then became an Industrial Staffing Specialist before leaving the company in June 2013. Victoria then joined Chemprene in July 2013 as part of their Human Resources team until March 2015. In April 2015, they joined John Mini Distinctive Landscapes as an HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources in November 2022.

Victoria Cheskis attended Marist College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Hofstra University from 2007 to 2009. Victoria also obtained a certification from the SHRM institution, specifically the SHRM-CP certification, in 2017.
