Harjot Gill holds an MBA, BSN, RN, PHN, and NEA-BC, with extensive experience in nursing management and clinical operations. Currently serving as the Nurse Manager of Oncology and Renal Metabolic Telemetry at John Muir Health since March 2021, Harjot oversees 150 staff members, focusing on staff development, service improvement, and quality outcomes. Previously, as a Clinical Supervisor on the Postoperative Surgical Floor, Harjot implemented the John Muir care model and managed clinical operations. Additional roles include Nursing House Supervisor at San Ramon Regional Medical Center, Assistant Nurse Manager and Registered Nurse in various specialties at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, and a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit at Central Valley Specialty Hospital.
