Lauren Gannon

Lauren Gannon is a board-certified primary care physician with extensive experience in internal medicine and pediatrics, currently practicing at John Muir Health since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine from April 2017 to July 2021, and at Family Health Centers of San Diego from July 2011 to October 2016, where Lauren also specialized in HIV care and served as a preceptor for internal medicine-pediatrics residents from UCSD. Lauren completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of California, San Diego from June 2007 to June 2011. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Physiologic Science from UCLA. Additionally, Lauren has early work experience as a waitress at Big Boy Restaurants International, LLC.
