Shelbie Rogers

Shelbie Rogers, BSN, RN, CCM, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at John Muir Health since April 2009, where responsibilities include case management and quality improvement. Additionally, Shelbie has been a Clinical Education Consultant at CR Bard since March 2011, focusing on new product implementation and education. Leadership experience includes serving as the California ENA President from January 2021 to January 2022. Earlier roles encompass positions as a Staff RN in both the operating room and surgical ICU at various facilities, including Surgical Care Affiliates and Rush University Medical Center, as well as experience as a Travel RN in emergency departments and ICUs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and ongoing pursuit of a Master's Degree in Nursing Science at Rush University.
