Susan Ingebretsen

Susan Ingebretsen, MSCIS, has extensive experience in health information management and clinical documentation integrity, currently serving as the Director of CDI, Coding Compliance, and HIM Operations at John Muir Health since November 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Director at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System and Regional Manager at Kaiser Permanente, alongside a long tenure at Washington Hospital Healthcare System where Susan held various leadership positions in compliance and information management. Susan holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San Jose State University.
