Conrad Shannon

Conrad graduated from London Southbank University with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying and has over 30 years’ experience of working in the construction industry. He spent the first half of his career gaining extensive experience working with contractors in the UK, before relocating back to Ireland in 2005. He has worked in senior management positions for national contractors since and has also completed a professional diploma in arbitration at UCD, along with a post-graduate certificate in adjudication at NUI Maynooth, and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Conrad joined us in 2017 and has been involved in the delivery of several landmark projects, including the new National Rehabilitation Hospital. He has a track record of delivering complex projects within budget and utilising his skills to ensure that the build experience for both clients and supply chain is collaborative and unified.
