Keith McConville

Keith, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, joined John Paul Construction in 2003 as a graduate and developed his skills as a Quantity Surveyor at various levels within the company. Keith graduated from Limerick IT with a BSc. in Construction Economics and Management, and later an M.Sc. in Strategic Procurement from DCU. He has experience in both the Irish and UK markets, working across a variety of sectors. Keith’s strategic thinking, leadership coaching skills and collaborative approach ensures that all project objectives are achieved. He is responsible for the overall cost management, supply chain management and risk management on a number of our major projects, with a particular knowledge of early contractor involvement on some of our prestigious projects including the overall development at the Windmill Quarter.
