Monte Gerard

Monte Gerard has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a REALTOR® at John R. Wood Properties since October 2010, where expertise lies in luxury listings within the Naples-Marco Island–Bonita Springs–Estero market. Previously, Monte held the position of General Manager at WFMS Radio from October 1989 to April 2000, overseeing three stations and managing over 120 employees. Monte holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, earned between 2002 and 2004, and a degree in communications and broadcasting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 1975.
